Personalized 1-on-1 stretch sessions

Every single session is customized based around you using FST and a sprinkle of resistive stretching. Whether you are training for an iron man or have pain from sitting at a desk. If the session occurs pre activity or post activity. All kinds of variables are accounted for along with what your body is telling me which paints the picture for what the session will look like.

Tailored workout plans

Following the same principle as the stretch sessions these workout out plans will account for as many variables as possible to help give you the best chance of sticking on track and meeting your goals.

1-on-1 workout sessions

Via in person or virtual. These fun, upbeat sessions would be based around one’s workout plans with added flair. With me present there will be a major emphasis on correct form and tempo. This will help prevent injury along with give confidence during other physical activities you may perform away from me.

The power of combination

Combining personilized stretching with tailored physical activity can be an equation that leads to major success. If used simultaneously you’ll find that the two work in tandem to achieve something powerful. Bringing balance to your body. Balance will ultimately be the foundation for us to reach your goals.

What is fascia stretch therapy(FST)?

Fascia Stretch Therapy™ (FST) is a unique, pain-free, assisted stretching system that focuses on the fascia and joint capsule to achieve optimal flexibility, strength, balance, agility, proprioception, performance, and pain relief. Please refer to “STRETCHING” page for more information.

Who can benefit from FST

Anyone who has physical goals that fall under any or all categories of eliminating pain, injury prevention, and inhancing performance.

What results can I expect from FST?

Why should I combine exercise with FST?

FST can help open up and balance the body naturally and pain free creating a foundation. The addition of purposeful exercise will help build on that foundation towards the goals we have set which will allow for greater long term results.

How often should I have a stretching session?

This will vary person to person. Recommendations can be anywhere from 2 times per week to 1 time per month. The main determining factors will be what your body needs in correlation with the goals you have in mind with of course how often you prefer.
